A história acompanha as atividades do agente da CIA Daniel Meyer (Richard Armitage, de Strike Back, Hannibal, Spooks), que está em missão secreta em Berlim, Alemanha. Com a ajuda do veterano Hector DeJean, Daniel tenta identificar quem é Thomas Shaw, responsável por divulgar para o público informações secretas do governo.
