O filme conta a história de Blake Baker que recebe uma ligação de uma amante passado pedindo que ele ajude a encontrar seu irmão desaparecido. Uma vez chegando em La Honda, ele descobre que a tarefa é mais perigosa do que ela o levou a acreditar. Blake Baker receives a call from a past lover asking him to help find her missing brother. Once he arrives in La Honda, he learns the task is more dangerous than she led him to believe. A modern-day film noir.
