Dylan (Johnny Flynn) descobre que contraiu uma DST e precisa entrar em contato com todas as mulheres com quem já teve relações sexuais para informá–las e orientá-las a fazer o teste. Para tal, terá a ajuda do seu melhor amigo Luke (Daniel Ings) e de Evie (Antonia Thomas), uma amiga que já teve uma queda enorme por ele mas manteve o segredo até superar, e hoje está noiva de outro.
Dylan is diagnosed with chlamydia and must then contact all of his previous sexual partners to inform them that he has the disease. Dylan’s best friends are Luke, and Evie, who for years has harboured a secret crush on Dylan but has now moved on and has become recently engaged. The majority of each episode of the show is told through a flashback, showing Dylan’s encounters with a number of women.
