A série conta a história de Blake Anderson, Adam DeVine e Anders Holm, três amigos de faculdade que moravam juntos durante a graduação. Após a expulsão, eles continuam vivendo na mesma casa, dessa vez trabalhando juntos em uma empresa de telemarketing.
O título da série é uma ironia, já que o trio faz de tudo menos trabalhar. Os episódios usam a casa e o cubículo dividido pelos amigos como cenários da narrativa. Blake é o excêntrico, Adam é o impulsivo e Anders é o mais responsável da turma.
A single-camera comedy that features three friends who work together from 9 to 5, live together from 5 to 9 and party together 24/7. They work as telemarketers and sometimes they even do their jobs well, but they show up late, leave drunk and always live for the day…even if they don’t know what day it is.
