Trata-se de um faroeste um moderno com elementos sobrenaturais que conta a história de Wynonna (Melanie Scrofano, de Being Erica, The Listener, Damien), a descendente de Wyatt Earp. Rápida no gatilho, ela faz parte da Black Badge Division, órgão governamental formado por agentes federais especializados em caçar vilões sobrenaturais, como vampiros, lobisomens, imortais, zumbis e outros monstros. Fazendo uso de suas habilidades místicas, ela tenta acabar com a maldição que sua família carrega enfrentando os velhos inimigos de Wyatt que voltaram do inferno.
